OPEN LETTER TO INSPECTOR GENERAL OF POLICE, NIGERIA

Rev. Fr. Kenneth Chinkata Evurulobi
Amuke Village
Isiahaba Autonomous Community
Isiala Ngwa South L.G.A.
Abia State.

Friday, June 28, 2013

Inspector General of Police
Mohammed Dikko Abubakar
Force Headquarters,
Louis Edet House,
Shehu Shagari Way,
Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

Dear Sir,

CASE OF MURDER, ATTEMPTED MURDER, ACCESSORY TO MURDER, KIDNAPPING, TERRORISM, CORRUPTION, BREACH OF PUBLIC PEACE AND FRAUD: STRONG INDICTMENT OF, AND PLEA FOR THE ARREST AND PROSECUTION OF BISHOP VINCENT VALENTINE EZEONYIA, CSSP, CATHOLIC BISHOP OF ABA, ABIA STATE.

Sequel to the habitual intention of Bishop Vincent Valentine Ezeonyia, CSSP, Catholic Bishop of Aba to kill me and eliminate every member of the Evurulobi Family of Amuke Village, Isiahaba Autonmous Community, Isiala Ngwa South L.G.A. of Abia State, I caused a PETITION to be sent to you on behalf of myself and the members of the Evurulobi family. A copy of the petition is enclosed here and marked IGP/M20/BF.

Sir, the truth is that investigations on this matter were concluded by the Criminal Investigations Bureau of the Nigeria Police Force, Abia State Command, Umuahia where Bishop Vincent Valentine Ezeonyia was strongly indicted.

Presuming but not conceding the fact that I opted for a peaceful resolution and settlement of the matter between the Bishop and me, I wish to bring to your notice that Bishop Vincent Valentine Ezeonyia, CSSP is  and has ever remained antagonistic to and consequently has rebuffed every peaceful and reconciliatory measures within his reach as proposed.

It is very disheartening and indeed smirks of arrogance and a miscarriage of justice that, despite the issues of murder, attempted murder, official corruption and terrorism which the Bishop now and always employs in his every dealings with all those whom he has perceived as obstacles to his ambition of becoming a Cardinal – people like myself and members of the Evurulobi Family - he has continued to entrench a tradition of total contempt for the law, both civil and canonical, and a travesty of the legal institution which he claims to represent.

Sir, it is very distasteful to note that in the Catholic Diocese of Aba, Abia State, the Canon Law has been farcically redesigned and reduced to serve as a mere appendage to the whims and caprices of, or better still, a massaging instrument to the ergo of the bishop.

This input from “the axis of evil” has resulted in constant intimidations, oppressions, slavery and miscarriage of justice, and therefore portends great dangers for our Church and nation. It equally tasks all committed Catholics and every good citizen of this country to a resolute action in defense of the common patrimony of our faith and our national institutions that is well beyond the capacity of anybody to say “NO” to.

The recent developments in the Catholic Church in Uganda in respect of Fr. Anthony Musaala speaks secret volumes on the nature of the imploding disaster that stares the Church on the face in this part of the globe if the present status of accountability and transparency is sustained in the Nigerian Church especially among members of Church hierarchy.

Against every insinuation to the contrary or from any quarters, I do hereby invite you to act immediately so as to forestall a total breakdown of law and order in the state.

The Bishop has admitted severally, both in private and in public that threats to my life exist, and that, in actual fact, real and influential attempts have been made on my life.

In the presence of these facts, one is then besieged by scores of question marks on why a bishop will be after the life of his own priest, and why anybody at all would want to kill a madman?

Thus, in the matter between the Bishop and I, a lot of questions are begging for answers:

1.     Why has the Bishop pushed forward his argument in favor of my being a mad person and has insisted on this even in the presence of mountainous evidence against as attested to by the enclosed medical reports marked as follows: AB/M20/BF, AC/M20/BF, AD/M20/BF, FG/M20/BF?
2.     Why, in the midst of viable alternatives (e;g, excardination, leave of absence from the diocese, Legitimate Canonical Procedures as attested to by the enclosed documents marked as follows: (SD/M20/BF, SS/M20/BF ) did the Bishop resort to kidnapping, falsification of official documents and murder as means of settling the matter between him and me as a person?

In consideration of these questions hereof, and in view of the purpose which the libelous position of the Bishop are designed to achieve against me and against the entire members of the Evurulobi family, I therefore urge you, Sir, not only in my capacity as a Priest of the Catholic Diocese of Aba and in my  capacity a member of the Evurulobi Family but also as a rejoinder to the PETITION and PLEAS of Rev. Fr. Ignatius Nwoko (enclosed and marked as TY/M20/BF and TW/M20/BF) pending before the Assistant Inspector General of Police, A.I.G, Zone 9, Umuahia, Abia State, to, as a matter of urgency, arrest and prosecute Bishop Vincent Valentine Ezeonyia, CSSP, Catholic Bishop of Aba.

The grounds, basis and facts  which permit and sue for the prosecution of the Bishop are contained in this documentary titled “THE SECRET MEMOIRS OF A PRIEST ON A PILGRIMAGE OF FAITH” and My Statement Sheet to the Inspector General of Police,  written (Handwritten), signed and sealed by me. The documents illuminate the very reasons why the Bishop wants me dead at all costs and chronicles some of the effort he has made to kill me.

In contrast to the satanic propaganda, libel, blackmail, murder and a weapon of diocesan induced madness which the Bishop employs to discredit me, I do
hereby submit, in reference to the documents mentioned above, that the following points have fuelled the Bishop’s murderous appetite against me:
1.     My status as an astute international affair analyst as demonstrated by my term paper marked “DS/M20/BF” (enclosed). This provides the political links to my abduction on June 9, 2006.

2.     My status as a licensed theologian and my commitment to Theological Research as attested to by the many publications I have made in the internet. The Bishop has made several secret efforts to deny my person and eclipse it entirely prompting me to confront him officially with my letter of October 18, 2004 (enclosed and marked RS/M20/BF). For instance, my Admission Letter to the S.T.L. Programme of the Catholic Institute of West Africa, Port Harcourt, and the envelope that bore it, bears my name but a strange address thus:
Rev. Fr. Kenneth Evurulobi
Catholic Diocese of Aba
Diocesan Secretariat
P. M.B. 5099
Nnewi, Anambra State.
Was my identity being swerved with somebody else’s own? And who is the unseen beneficiary for whose sake my person must be suppressed, eclipsed, made to die perpetually only for me to be declared a mad person after I had shown signs of survival?

3.      My courage at the Pulpit and my determination to sue for reforms that are long overdue in the Catholic Church especially with regards to the Knighthood (conf; MM/M20/BF) through commitment to prayer and activism as evidenced by the following homilies/papers I have delivered at various places and times. They are marked as follows: KL/M20/BF, KG/M20/BF, KH/M20/BF, and KD/M20/BF.

On Wednesday, 29th of May, 2013, a ferocious attack by gunmen was again launched against my person at the TONIMAS Junction, Port Harcourt – Umuahia Express Road at about 8.30 am. I ran into the Housing Estate near the junction for safety and latter, launched an official report with Rt. Rev. Msgr. Ralph Nwosu, former Vicar General, Catholic Diocese of Aba, and
made it known to him of my intention to make recourse again to the Police following from the collapse of the peace-talk between the Bishop and me which was spearheaded by the Aba Diocesan Priests Reconciliation Council headed by Very Rev. Fr. Innocent Nwokenna.

I, therefore, thank you, Sir, for your attention and prompt action.

Yours Faithfully,

REV. FR. KENNETH CHINKATA EVURULOBI.

MY PLEAS FOR GOV. ROTIMI AMAECHI AND BARGAIN WITH SIR CELESTINE OMEHIA: SETTING THE PACE FOR A BETTER CHURCH AND NATION

I had the privilege, in June 2011, to meet with General Muhammadu Buhari in Abuja. And this meeting precipitated another one, in August of the same year, with Engr. Buba Galadima, the then National Secretary of the Congress for Progressive Change, C.P.C. at the Penuel Suites, Abuja. After a long discussion, or rather dialogue, I handed Engr. Galadima two A4 sized official envelopes containing some documents and requested him to keep one in his custody and to send the other to the Apostolic Nuncio in Nigeria.
Having studied diplomacy, and ever determined to be, or still remain, not a politician but a Christian missionary and a true citizen of our great nation, I consciously sneaked a very sensitive document which was not included in the envelope to be kept in his (Engr. Buba’s) custody into the other envelope that was meant to be sent to the Apostolic Nuncio in Nigeria. This venture saved me from the danger of immediate assassination from the hands of people whom I have labored hard to pray and bless ever since I became a priest on July 12, 1997(My 15th Anniversary in the Priesthood is around the corner) – they feared that Engr. Galadima was in possession of that document and will therefore raise the necessary questions in a very vindictive manner when the opportunity comes calling. Suffice it to mention that that document was part of the efforts I made to trace the numerous manipulations against my person and the criminal attempts made to eclipse and vitiate my name and identity from every record in the Catholic Diocese of Aba. In it also I made effort to reach out to Gov. Rotimi Amaechi, whom I know for certain, was not linked in any way to the founding fathers of the P.D.P. All the roads to Gov. Rotimi Amaechi had been closed, and with this came the death of my efforts in the direction of feeding him with some pieces of information that was critical for his survival.
Our Lady, Queen and Patroness of Nigeria told me during the face-off between Celestine Omehia and Rotimi Amaechi, that he (Rotimi Amaechi) may succeed in ruling Rivers State but Celestine Omehia is the substantive governor of Rivers State. She tasked me to channel prayers to this end because Celestine Omehia’s victory over P.D.P holds a promise for all Rivers people and is designed to provide the pedestal for authentic dialogue between the Nigerian Government of General Muhammadu Buhari and the Church in reference to religious freedom.
I am convinced that every war waged for and on behalf of the faith in accord with Jude, Vs 3 is, first and foremost, about the freedom and safety – not by intention but by implication –of the individual concerned before even it is a victory for the Church. To contend for the true faith is, I believe, a measure of security for every believer. This is the governing principle of all my engagements in the face of corruption, terrorism and Satanism that are ravaging the political, social, religious and economic platforms in Nigeria. The mechanisms for growth and defense for the faith are inbuilt and do not depend on any criminal manipulations to make them effective and functional. The collaboration that is required by the Church from the state is responsible management and attentiveness with regard to the created order. This is the lesson the various theological movements (Ecological, Liberation, Consolation, e.t.c.) want to inculcate into consciousness of every human person in the world.
Many theologians are delighted to hear Pope Francis I talk about reconciliation and peace. And I am convinced that peace and reconciliation are essentially at the heart of any authentic reform but only as they are made to pass through the prisms of freedom and justice. This is where Gov. Rotimi Amaechi must get it right in his quest for power and political relevance come 2015 electoral year in Nigeria.
I am not one of Gov. Rotimi Amaechi’s fans but only a fool will fail to acknowledge that facts are sacred but, for those who are sympathetic to issues of justice and human rights, it behooves on well meaning citizens of this country to be concerned for Gov. Rotimi Amaechi.
PDP is constituted at its very core by Satanism, corruption, terrorism, murder, blackmail and intolerance.  There is no way Gov. Amaechi can be a member of the PDP and sustain the fight he has begun. And he has worked his credibility so high, or so it seems, so much so that going back will usher in the kind of defeat that will be cruelly implicating of his safety.
If the truth must be told, I will advise Chibuike Amaechi to reconnect with Sir Celestine Omehia. He is his brother, a benefactor and a friend! Anyway, time shall tell.

Through the powerful intercession and intervention of Our Lady, the Blessed Virgin Mary, God spoke directly to the Administration of Peter Odili which Rotimi Amaechi was part and parcel of using the homily I preached during the Holy Masses I celebrated at St Mary’s Aggrey Road and at the Catholic Institute of West Africa Port Harcourt respectively beginning from January to August 2006. The homilies are on print. And one is on tape.

For revealing and talking about P.D.P and even going a step further to destroy the Satanic Code – the real weapon with which they struck and destroyed the Administration of Peter Odili and which was also used to target Chief Mathew Obasanjo for instant and shameful death at Aso Rock, James Ibori and Chief Tony Anineh, in collaboration with the Abia State Government of Orji Uzor-Kalu organized and had me kidnapped at  the Woji area of Port Harcourt on the 9th of July 2006 with the intention to use me for ritual in Benin.

The information they had about me was supplied by Chief Frank Owelle, Sir A.C. Onuh (KSM) and Sir E.C. Mejeh (KSM) of the Catholic Diocese of Aba. The members of the Vikings (Port Harcourt) and Pirates (Abia State University as led/directed by Mr Chinedu Orji, son of the present Governor of Abia State) cults respectively provided the technical support and the logistics for my abduction.

While the members of the Viking were insistent on taking me to Benin to Chief Tony’s house (whatever that means) in accord with an outstanding instruction giving to them by James Ibori, the Pirates acted faster. They (Pirates) wanted me instantly dead so as to be brought back to Aba, precisely to my Bishop, to be buried as a prodigal son. In actual fact, my corpse was to be consciously displaced at the mortuary and would latter be sent to Minna while another corpse was to be buried in place of mine but as Rev. Fr. Kenneth Evurulobi.
James Ibori was aware that Pirates, not the Vikings, were in possession of the authentic instruction from above. He used the instruction he gave to the Vikings as a strategy to cut them off and bring them to a blind alley on my actual whereabouts latter – very much latter when the deed had been concluded. The rest will become, first of all a story, then history – the history of a prodigal and disobedient priest who died in the most shameful way but was received and given a befitting burial by a forgiving and loving father who has never had any positive returns for his huge efforts and investments save crucifixion, betrayal and blackmail.

I ceased the opportunity of the confusion and the disagreement generated between the Vikings and the Pirates to manage a narrow escape.
Chief T.A. Orji, incumbent governor of Abia State is the beneficiary of this marriage of convenience between the Church in Aba as represented by members of the Knight of St. Mulumba and the Secret Cult called P.D.P which parades itself as a registered political party.

To cover up this atrocity and kill every record, I have been presented to the innocent members of the Church both in Aba and elsewhere as an incurable mad man.

And the Board of Trustees of the Catholic Diocese of Aba has deployed every of their resources to this end. All those who have stood up to the challenges which this arrangement has thrown up for the Church in Aba in respect of my person have been blackmailed. Attempts have been made on their lives. The person of Rev. Fr. Barr I. G. Nwoko towers higher. The Bishop and the so-called Board of Trustees of the Catholic Diocese of Aba have concluded plans to assassinate him and myself.

The issues in contention here in respect of Fr (Barr)I.G Nwoko are in court. But counting on the support of the Abia State Government and in collaboration with a high-powered P.D.P network, the Catholic Bishop of Aba and the Board of Trustees of the Catholic Diocese of Aba have no regard for law, both civil and canonical.

Few months back, I submitted a written statement as a Witness to the Criminal Investigations Department of the Nigerian Police, Abia State Command, Umuahia to the effect that Most Rev Vincent Valentine Ezeonyia, CSSP, Catholic Bishop of Aba is a kidnapper, a murderer and a fraudster. And I have sent the documents substantiating my claims to the police. On June 4, I did a review of that petition in the light of new developments and addressed it directly to the Inspector General of police. Threatened by PDP, the only way to survive is to let the world know that the vultures and the foxes have gathered for a meeting in the neighborhoods. This is very important so that every security conscious neighbor will have to keep guard and be guided on how not to play into the hands of a hungry leopard.

Does anyone need to be told that religious harlotry – a designate character of the 666 – is an official tool in P.D.P.? The language is” Please Flush After Use”. That is, when you have finished using the “Condom” (any person, institution, organization, etc that is not and cannot be called P.D.P’s) for a “Short time” or “T.D.B”, flush him/her/it out. That’s what they did to Yar’dua. That’s what they did to Peter Odili. That’s what they are doing to Gov. Amaechi. And they will turn around to do it to Jonathan at their own time when they feel he has taken a cupful of the poison of greed and betrayal against loyal but constructive critics of the government of prodigality which he holds in trust for the national princes and queens who, presently, are at large. At work is the fullest Islamization of the Nigerian State.
Yet Islamization is not the end – product. It is the enthronement of Satanism as a national religion pursuant to the inauguration of One World Government and One World Economy.
That is to say that the forces at work are legion and deceptively hidden behind pious national aspirations which are in turn tasked to imprecise  mutilations of settled questions through overt corrupt insinuations.
Thus, Sovereign National Conference, not Igbo presidency or dominance of the political space by Christians, is the only liberative option available to all those who are opposed to the Islamization project in Nigeria. Monumentally, it holds the fulcrum for evolving and asserting the imperative of religious freedom.

While preaching a homily at the Corpus Christi Cathedral, Port Harcourt in remembrance of the sixty beautiful pupils of the Loyola Jesuit College who lost their lives during the ill-fated Sosoliso flight that crash-landed at the Port Harcourt International Airport, the President of the College said:
“Unused and Misused powers led those children to their death.” I think this hard phrase by an internationally accomplished missionary diplomat was a forecast of the Jonathan power-burden today more than it is for the Chibuike Amaechi administration.
May Rivers people therefore be all the more united and  rise to the challenges of colonization and perfidy posed a Cabal that operates with the face of a political party.

OPEN APPEAL TO SIR CELESTINE OMEHIA, KSM (APGA GUBERNATORIAL CANDIDATE FOR THE 2011 GUBERNATORIAL ELECTION IN RIVERS STATE)

Your Excellency,
Rising To the Challenges of the Harlotry of the People’s Democratic Party (P.D.P) in Rivers State.
The consistent failure of a terrorist Cabal to hijack the political machinery in Rivers State by the ambiguity which it introduces into governance and the harlotry it canvasses under a PDP mask is instrumental to the relative peace and security enjoyed by all Rivers people and others resident in the State today. This is one of the legacies you left behind during the few months you sojourned in the state house as governor.
It is unfortunate and indeed highly regrettable that times and events in the mainstream of Rivers politics are now issues of uppity. If indeed there was a real victim in this PDP experiment in debauchery and irredentism, you are that person.

We are, therefore, in the best of circumstances for an appreciation of your silence about your stolen mandate and the urgent need for a review of every statutory interlocution against it. The time is now ripe for a final verdict.

A creative and precedent-setting path in resolving the issues before the good people of Rivers State must inescapably relate to the unity, peace and progress of Ikwere land, and must emphasize the importance of sustaining responsible governance in Nigeria which is vital to the security of Rivers people and the position Rivers State occupies in Nigeria as the economic nerve center of the nation.

In this regard, and being the only one that is better positioned to place a resolute action against this PDP menace, I ask you to rise up to the challenges which times and seasons have placed on your shoulders as a leader and a pace-setter.

By virtue of the documents enclosed here, may you approach a competent court of law to declare you the substantive governor of Rivers State on the ground that, having been a notorious Secret Cult, the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, in Rivers State was not in the first place qualified as a party to field a candidate for election in the State.

Significantly, I wish to state that what is not affirmed in this letter (as properly dated above) is not affirmed anywhere else concerning the status of persons/ groups that have got one thing or another to do with the issues at stake here, or those others whose names are mentioned hereto from and, or reference made wherefrom.

Congratulations Sir, as you, once more, take up your leadership role as the governor of Rivers State.
With the highest sentiments of esteem,
I remain,
Yours Sincerely,

Rev. Fr. Kenneth Chinkata Evurulobi, PhD.

PROFESSOR PIUS ADESANMI: FORGING A COMMON FRONT FOR THE NIGERIAN PROJECT.

Dear Professor Adesanmi,
Open Letter To Cardinal John Onaiyekan and Pastor Tunde Bakare : A Response.

I cease this opportunity to congratulate you on your elevation to the position of full professorship.
Having kept an eye on the developmental strides you have recorded in the academia, everyone will admit that hard work – hard work over there in France, combined with the use you have put your talents to here in Nigeria in respect of the struggle for freedom, justice and democracy – is the real factor, and as a matter of fact, the only one that has brought you this far.

I had the privilege of reading your “Open Letter To Cardinal John Onaiyekan and Pastor Tunde Bakare” published on April 5, 2013 by the Sahara Reporters. I sent a response to your email box on April 9, 2013.
Your letter echoes the efforts many of us have made in bringing the awareness of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of Nigeria to the plight of many helpless, hopeless and dehumanized Nigerians..

In reference to the letter and in respect of recent developments in Nigeria presently (for example, the Baka Massacre and a dreadlocked Amnesty Initiative by President Goodluck Jonathan) I do hereby submit that a major revolutionary antecedent is inescapable in the direction of achieving the kind of intervention and leadership models that meet your idea of a government. The outlines of such a revolutionary action constitute the very contents of the numerous articles I have published in notable Newspapers, Magazines, Journals, and in the Internet.

Prof, I am not ashamed to admit the poverty of the grammar – typographical errors mainly – associated with those articles. Concerning this, I can only say that, declared a madman, confined to the dustbin of history in a hypnotized city which Aba has been reduced to, and handed over to assassins, yahooists and cultists in the most flamboyant way by a draconian Episcopal Decree under the sponsorship of a PDP led government, the sense of mission and purpose took precedence over that of good grammar.

Prof. Niyi Osundare has never seized to amaze me with his manner of articulating the other kind of terrorism that wrecked the Nigerian State during those evil days of the Abacha menace. Hear him:
"A couple of my students …..had become informers; a few even came to my classes wired. And when I was reading abroad, someone trailed me from city to city. At home, my letters were frequently intercepted."

I am of the opinion that the situation today is not anything better. My writings have become unjust victims of a new kind of inquisition that has flowered in the Nigeria Church and State - one which romances murder, assassination, blackmail, thuggery, corruption and violence. It is hoped that you can, from this point, begin to understand my predicaments and gauge the pulse of my aspirations.

However, and straight to the point, while the enclosed documents represent a roadmap to and a plan of action for the realization of such an event of revolution that is long overdue, the letter to Pastor Tunde Bakare (enclosed) therefore provides a platform and tasks us to a partnership with regard to those courageous editors at the Sahara Reporters Website.

Significantly, I wish to state that what is not affirmed in this letter (as properly dated above) is not affirmed anywhere else concerning the status of persons/ groups that have got one thing or another to do with the issues at stake here, or those others whose names are mentioned hereto from and, or reference made wherefrom.

On the strength of this, and in reference to interests or agitations of persons/parties affected by this declaration, what is required, except as otherwise provided, is for the Save Nigeria Group to organize and mobilize the Civil Society/Labor Groups immediately and march in full but non-violent protest to the floor of the National Assembly and demand that the 2011 General Elections be declared "Null and Void" but "Constitutionally Provisional for One Year within which Mr. President is charged to conduct fresh elections by April, 2014.

Beyond but not excluding the option of staging mass protests, convoking a Sovereign National Conference (SNC) in the guise of National Elders Forum < http://evurulobi.hubpages.com/hub/A-CALL-FOR-NATIONAL-ELDERS-FORUM-IN-NIGERIA > is an approach that is more realistic and one that promises to be more rewarding.

With high sentiments of esteem,
I remain,
Rev. Fr. Kenneth Chinkata Evurulobi, Ph.D.
