While documents listed in Category “A” are
presumed to be self-explanatory, I deem it necessary to throw more light on the
U/N-3 document.
The “Nigeria 2015 Project” is
a section of the P.D.P. Manual titled “Unchangeable Victory of the Peoples
Democratic Party, PDP” (enclosed)
where the major policies, projects and agenda of the PDP led government as well
as the different means and ways of
achieving them are outlined, ratified and built into a Treaty/M.O.U.
The factors at play in all
the treaties are the same but with slight differences as dictated by the
affected traditional cultures and the designated national religion.
But suffice it to mention
that these policies and projects, together with their implementations are built
around the person and life-presidency ambition of the former gap-toothed
military head of state in a very inextricable way so much so that PDP has no
other life nor presidential material after the tenure of Chief Mathew Olusegun
Obasanjo save the person and – in a very hidden manner – the life-presidency
ambition of the former gap-toothed dictator with a life span of 20years.
The Vice–Presidential slot
was deliberately made to orbit around the persons of Dr. Orji Uzor Kalu, Mr
James Ibori and Mr. Bola Tinubu.
It was the design of the
IBB-Tinubu joint ticket to create additional states, oversee and thus cause the
splitting of the existing Nigeria
State into four counties,
viz:
1.
Islamic State of Nigeria (to include
Plataeu, Nasarawa, Kogi, Benue, Taraba, Nsukka zone of Enugu State, northern
parts of Ebonyi and Cross River States respectively) with the capital at Abuja.
2.
Islamic State of Lagos with capital at Abeokuta.
3.
Islamic State of Niger Delta with capital at Yenegoa.
4.
United States of Biafra (to include Omuma,
Etche, Oyigbo and Ndoni local governments in the present Rivers State; three
local governments of the present Akwa Ibom and Cross River States respectively)
with the capital at old Aba zone in Abia State.
Irrevocable provisions are
made for Gen. Ibrahim Babangida (rtd), Bola Tinubu, Mr. James Ibori and Orji
Uzor Kalu to become the de-facto heads of states, respectively, of the new
countries. This arrangement makes room for the purpose of exterminating some
ethnic groups and, or occupants of some designated areas or regions of
importance for the self-acclaimed policy makers of the proposed countries.
From every indication,
total commitment to this satanic ideal has not been in anyway diminished by the
terror outcomes and total destabilization of our religions, the economy and the
democratic process.
And
may you be adequately informed that as a party P.D.P (or any of its other faces)
has no life and no other mission statement save as dictated in this manual.
While document “(CAT/B/01/MarysRose)“
is an effort to provide some explanations to the manual, document “(CAT/B/04/MarysRose)” is a thoroughly
investigated and confirmed outcome of this experiment in genocide, treason,
terrorism and corruption.
It is better to presume
that the parties to these Treaties/M.O.Us that go to make up the “Nigerian 2015
Project” were deceived or blackmailed into drawing up these Treaties/M.O.Us, or
that they failed to perceive the treasonable, genocidal, terrorist and criminal
dimensions of their actions.
Over here in Abia State, and in many other
places across the country, it is in the desperate bid to force the erring
parties to these Treaties/M.O.Us to comply strictly with the terms as dictated
that miscreants and bandits are recruited and armed to kill, maim and destroy,
not only their perceived enemies, but also themselves and those closest to
them.
And by acquiescing to a kind of beguiling
ignorance and arrogance that is discomfiting even to the subscribers
themselves, corruption, terrorism and genocide are aided to acquire hands and
feet, decorated and set as reward for aspirants to positions of leadership.
I chose to go into details
about “The Biafran Project” because, as the title of Chief Odumegwu Ojukwu’s
book suggests, “I am involved”.
And for any person or
group to insist and persist that
Nigerians continue along this road constructed and manned by terrorism,
corruption, treason and genocide is to confirm that Nigeria had ceased to exist
long ago and that there is no government worth the name or value: Federal
Government of Nigeria.
Nigerians can now be
properly informed about the reason for the favorable disposition which the
so-called “Third Term Agenda” allegedly received from you and the reason also
for the Yar’ua experiment.
But to understand that it
cost a whopping sum of about $50.000 (Fifty Thousand U.S. Dollars) to translate
each page of the “Unchangeable Victory of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP”
manual is a key to understanding the very nature of the document and the
premium placed on it by its subscribers and the executors.
To cover up these criminal and treasonable
acts, the Aba
hawks hoodwinked the Catholic Diocese of Aba into signing an M.O.U for a
friendly working relationship with the Abia State Government. Unfortunately,
the Ukwa/Ngwa signatories did not understand that while they signed an M.O.U
for a friendly working relationship with the Abia State Government in the open,
another M.O.U was secretly signed for and on behalf of Catholic Diocese of
Aba/Landlords Association of Aba (aka City Fathers) to re-affirm and confirm
the commitment of the Igbos to the Biafran Project, and by implication, the
life-presidency project of General Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida.
Consequently, every signatory to this
Treaty/ M.O.U for a friendly working relationship with the Abia State
Government (December 14, 2002 - the Official Dedication Ceremony of Christ the
King Cathedral Aba, Abia
State) was, ipso factor,
required to become a member of the Royal Ogboni Fraternity.
Rt. Rev. Msgr. Gabriel Etche had already
intimated me on the existence of a questionable Treaty in the Diocese in the
year 2000 when I had gone to him for an advice on the way forward in the event
of the face – off between the members of the Parish Council of Our Lady of
Fatima Parish, Umuagbai, Obohia Road Aba and I as their then Parish Priest.
During the unofficial meeting of the
prominent members of Abia State Executive Council for the ratification of the
appointments of the Commissioners and Special Advisers, and their “induction”
at Nweke Street Aba – usually held after a successful visit to Okija Shrine – Dr. Chima Nwafor, the then Deputy Governor of
Abia State, got wind of a secret document that was used in the oath-taking/occult swearing in
among the non-Ukwa/ Ngwa Commissioners
and Special Advisers. Somehow, Dr. Chima
Nwafor managed to extract copies of the 1996 and 2002 Treaties from one of the
aides to the then Chief of Staff to the Governor and made photocopies. This,
briefly, is the explanation for the U/N - 3 document.
Before I ran away for my dear life in the
pretext of a study leave in Port Harcourt, Rivers State,
precisely Catholic Institute of West Africa
(C I W A), I was privileged to lay my hands on some of these documents courtesy of Msgr. Gabriel Etche (of Blessed
Memory).
The intrigues and religious fireworks
required to register the Catholic
Diocese of Aba into the Royal Ogboni Fraternity, as discovered latter, were
already worked out as early as 1996 and integrated into the Organogram and events of the diocese. A number of
priests, including myself, were, at one
time or another - and for interests and
issues that contradict the gospel, the
principles of ecclesiastical government and the norms of common sense – pledged as seals to be used
for the ratification of these Satanic Agreements.
Also the intrigues and suspicions that
accompanied the search for those who have a copy /copies of these Treaties and
the influential efforts to silence them have contributed to make the Catholic
Diocese of Aba a cemetery of a mysterious kind for the members of the
indigenous clergy.
I have contested this agreement in part and
in whole, both as it affects me and as it affects many others. The cost of this
investigation and the price I have paid fighting this cause in incalculable.
Assassination attempts by the State, by some ecclesiastical touts and by party
pundits are nothing to talk about. And when they have failed - thanks to the
powerful intervention/intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Our Lady of
Fatima and Queen/Patroness of Nigeria
– powerful and influential propaganda have labeled me a madman while ways and
means are exploited to translate these blackmails and propaganda into reality.
I have facts and evidence to prove this.

In the light of the explanation given
above, and on the strength of these documents especially in reference to the
security question and the mysterious challenges this has presented to
government and to the entire Nigerian populace, I hereby proceed to state as
follows:
From 2004 till date, I have investigated
these documents and worked assiduously to educate my fellow country men and
women on the criminal, treasonable, and
satanic nature of these agreements, and their ilk as they exist and are
ratified, not only for the South East, but also for and on behalf of the Niger
Delta, Western Nigeria and the entire Northern Nigeria. Evidences abound.
Sir, I am convinced beyond doubts that some
parts of these Reports have come to your table and that you have acted on some
of them out of goodwill. But permit me to put it succinctly that the membership
of the Peoples Democratic Party, P.D.P or the membership of any of its occult
twins does not and will not help matters for a nation that is in urgent need of a rescue from the terrorist enclaves of Boko Haram and
from the stronghold of corruption.
Beyond this, the need for peace and
security tasks us to a renewed commitment to transparency, mutual respect for
each other, reconciliation and, above all, the appreciation of the value of
human life and dignity.
Acknowledging the fact that global Satanic
dictatorship usurps and then subverts the interests of our religions through
greed and ignorance is a step so imperative in dealing effectively with the
Boko Haram menace and a condition in the difficult task of securing a lasting
peace among the member countries of the West African sub-region.
Usurpation and subversion are a common
enemy all the religions must join hands together to fight, for in winning the
war against corruption and terrorism lies our chance of discovering the road
that leads to Heaven; in loosing this war is what it means to be on the road to
Hell fire.
May you therefore be informed, through this
medium, about the nature of the Boko Haram insurgency in Nigeria, the risks or dangers posed by
conspirators and the way forward for Nigeria.
I have the privilege to, through this
medium, present to you this letter of Terms Of Contract with
the Nigerian People (enclosed) and pray Your Excellency, in the most humblest terms, to assist me in sending
the letter to the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Federal republic of Nigeria, His Excellency, Dr. Goodluck
Ebele Jonathan, GCFR.
I crave your indulgence to make this letter
public and, at the same time, make it available to the members of the Press.
