To The Cardinal Electors,

In respect of strong convictions and authentic commitments to
the Church, Our Lady of Fatima wishes to let all be aware that the Vatican is a
Sovereign State with its own Constitution just like any other nation, e.g.,
Iran, Saudi Arabia, Ireland, e.t.c. And that the essence of the priesthood is
not to gather intelligence or recruit people for the C.I.A., or to reduce
oneself to the position of a spy-attache to the District Attorney so as to help
him earn fatter salaries neither is it about priests pursuing women, committing
fornication or abusing children sexually. It is about someone donating himself
(or herself, in the case of its other version in the mold of religious life)
for the building up of the Kingdom of God, drawing the consciousness of
humanity to and wetting the appetites of peoples for and helping them have a
foretaste of this Kingdom to which people of all races, tribes, color and
language are called - a place where
people neither marry nor are given in
marriage. This divine mission has always, more than anything else, guided the
Church in all her official decisions and actions.
The penalty for fornication and child-abuse are clearly
written in the Code of Canon Law, and it applies not just to the clergy and the
religious alone but to the laity as well.
Of course, sin is the only real evil. And admittedly, clergy
sex-abuse of minors is a tragedy. But the worst tragedy is not death itself.
The worst tragedy is to die outside Christ. This latter forecloses every hope
of resurrection.
At this moment of the Church’s need for, and as cruel waves
hit hard on the arcane Vatican Walls threatening, as it were, to pull every
curtain out from their hangers either because someone was careless or that
another played the Judas, the Blessed Virgin Mary, Our Lady of Fatima extends
her consoling hands to support those of the Cardinal Electors who are about to
enter the Conclave in the next few hours. She enjoins them to be focused, to
conquer fear and to shun selfishness and assist St Peter, the Vicar of Christ,
the Bishop of Rome, the Head of the Universal Church and the Supreme Pontiff to
elect a successor to ex-pontiff, Pope Benedict XVI in accord with the
principles of Divine Election.
Standing on the powers
of Romans 8 and Hebrews 11, the MarysRose Organization, in the company and
under the sponsorship of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Our Lady of Fatima,
strongly holds American Cardinals William Levada and Donald Wuerl up in prayer,
respectively and invites, in an unequivocal manner, the Holy Spirit to a manifest
fruitful and transformative decisions and actions in the 21st Century
Church.
In encouraging the Cardinal Electors, the Our Lady of Fatima chooses
to express herself in the very words of former U.S. President, George Bush,
Jnr., that:

Before history is written in
books, it is written in courage- the courage of honorable soldiers, the courage
of oppressed peoples, and the courage of free nations in difficult tasks.

The great objective of ending
tyranny is the concentrated work of generations. The difficulty of the task is
no excuse for avoiding it.

And to our fellow country men and women in Nigeria, the
MarysRose Organization wishes to observe that God’s vision of a new Nigeria is
about somebody traveling along Benin-Ore road on his way to Lagos, and
reaching or arriving Lagos safely, transacting his/her business or running his/her
affairs in a secure atmosphere to the extent of contemplating going further to
Kano or returning to Calabar the same day not just because the police is
actively there like in the U.S. (Of course the Police must be actively there)
but because God is with us. And that this is possible for every Nigerian
citizen and becomes the norm of life everywhere in Nigeria both at the
national, state and local levels respectively even if one is black or white,
male or female, Christian or Muslim, from North or South, and irrespective of
whether one is traveling by road, by water, by air or by rail.
