IN SEARCH OF AGENDA FOR SOVEREIGN NATIONAL CONFERENCE (PART II)

I have been part and parcel of the anti-terrorist and anti-corruption war for more than a decade and have come to the conclusion that the best way to loose the war perpetually is to strike “Babangiarism” out from the list of our major targets.

A barrage of critics and cynics alike have been on my neck for saying that General Muhammadu Buhari is a better Christian than Pastor Ayo Oritsajifor, National President of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), and my inspired exhortation that the pays a solidarity visit, in humidity and deep reflection, to the duo of General Muhammadu Buhari and Pastor Tunder Bakare.

Today, I am all the more stronger and greatly emboldened to initiate the second part of this debate after reading the text of speech delivered by Pastor Tunder Bakare, Serving Overseer, at the Latter Rain Assembly on Sunday, July 22, 2012, being part of his contribution to public enlightenment on the state of the nation (Visit:<
>).

General Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida conceived and initiated, with the aid and through the instrumentality of the S-Code, a process of an heroic but effortless return to power and handed it over to “Mr Fix it” to fix. The S-Code (Satanic Code) is considered an irrevocable Masonic formula for the acquisition and exercise of power and is the original source and basis for Robert Green’s 48 Laws of Power. The S-Code operates at three levels: politics, economics and religion and forms the heart and soul of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). And so, the powers at work in Nigeria are far more beyond what Robert Green had offered in his Book “48 Laws of Power”. They are the “unknown faces” and “unseen hands” among mortals.

There are only nine people who know how PDP works but this is a secret they can never let out from among themselves. The tenth and the last person that can know this is Mr President. And in strict accord with the governing laws of the S-Code, except Mr President is one of these nine peoples or their stooge who subscribes unreservedly to the S-Code in an irreversible and irrevocable manner, what is revealed to him and the only powers he possesses are only what are necessary to enable him sign documents, endorse and execute actions that are already subverted at their different levels of conception and execution. Mr President has an intention to achieve one thing but the action is equivocated, subverted and designed to achieve exactly the intention of somebody else, which more often, is the exact opposite of the original intention. This is how PDP works. This is the reason for the apparent failure and monumental disgrace that are hanging over President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan.

Chief Mathew Olusegun Obasanjo is a very stubborn old soldier who is convinced and compassionate about the unity and progress of Nigeria as a country but not along the lines of Babangidarism. Obasanjo’s administration was on the right path to national reconciliation but this bold step was considered by the members of the Babangidarist sect as constituting a major obstacle and an unnecessary distraction to the set objectives of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP. In all fairness and honesty, Chief Obasanjo’s third term ambition was born out of a genuine concern and fears for the country, and tended to be the only plausible option to a Satanic Presidency. Besides this, and though it looked quite selfish, ambitious and brazenly arrogant, the only way to bring Nigeria out of this mess was for Chief Obasanjo to appoint and fill the major positions both in the government and in PDP with his stooges and loyalists. But when public outrage rose against him, Obasanjo decided to make money and keep himself happy so as not to play the fool he played in 1979. But this is about reducing him to “an incurable mad imbecile, a fugitive and a wanderer” (see Excerpts from the Satanic Code at <
>). These outcomes of his stewardship are implicitly decisive for the security of US and the Holy See in reference to terrorism.

Apparently, there is a partition of, and a scramble for Nigeria among the unseen power blocks that have come to rule the globe pursuant to the New World Order. And there are only two people who can make Nigeria work, otherwise Nigeria is destined to a collapse into impotent, irreconcilable and unproductive manads perpetually at war with one another and may never rise up from its ruins. The first is Chief Mathew Olusegun Obasanjo, and he is the only one as far as this concerns PDP. In respect of this assignment, General Muhammadu Buhari is a Bulldozer and a suicide bomber in the likes of Fr Cabat Karl. The other is General Muhammadu Buhari.<

N.B:
This is why and how President Goodluck Jonathan came to find himself in the tight corner where he is “incarcerated and chained to a wheel chair”.  And except he takes a decision – a quick one for that matter - then… a requiem is being intoned in a  well constructed beautiful Anglican Parish Church somewhere around the village of Otuoke.God has decided to deal with Babangidarism once and for all. This is what the Sacred Deed is all about.

The Sacred Deed is designed to take the shape it has because, according to Our Lady, the Blessed Virgin Mary, the Nigerians I am dealing with and whose interests are well protected and better served by the Sacred Deed are greedy, bloodthirsty and libelous.

God’s word is fully Alive and Active, and cuts finer than any double edged sword. God does not kill anybody. Instead he is the Giver of Life and the Vanquisher of Death. Unbelief is the only killer.Actually things and events in Nigeria now look unamenable and taciturn nevertheless they can be resolved. President Goodluck Jonathan should undertake to form a unity government and undertake to conduct fresh elections before the Easter Feast of 2013.

IN SEARCH OF AGENDA FOR A SOVEREIGN NATIONAL CONFERENCE ( PART I )

The focus of this debate is to submit that a Sovereign National Conference convoked by an independent body made up of eminent Nigerians which I have chosen to refer to here as National Elders Forum is an imperative. This is without prejudice to the constitutional role of the upper and lower houses of the National Assembly.

The irreversible headlong plunge into something of the equivalent of Burundi/Somalia, the irremediable collapse of institutions and infrastructures as well as the final disintegration into unproductive and irreconcilable monads perpetually at war with one another that have strategically positioned themselves as the inescapable outcomes of government’s inaction with regards to corruption and terrorism on the one hand, and a National Assembly that lacks the requisite integrity and resolve necessary for placing the kind of constitutional reform that is imbued with a special character and at the sametime serves the needs of the moment on the other hand, are the two factors that have coaleased to throw up the Sovereign National Conference imperative in Nigeria.

From another angle and in confrontation with Babangidarism, it has to be asserted that June 12 and its extension in the very personality of Late Chief Moshood Abiola cannot, in fairness and justice, be regarded as a foregone option. Instead it is the hub and the starting point of any democratic process that seeks to realistically address the twin issues of national reconciliation and integration.

But in a confessional statement during his trial by a Federal High Court in Lagos, Al-Mustapha alleged that some Yoruba elders sold out on June 12 and betrayed Chief Moshood Abiola. While it is pertinent to approach this unsubstantiated claim with every amount of cynicism and suspicion it deserves because of the high threat it posits to Yoruba unity and the integrity of its elders, every honest effort made by the Yorubas to revisit and review the pains incurred by the annulment of June 12 election and the legitimate struggle to actualize it cannot refuse to admit this claim as a fact to be deliberated upon by and compulsorily made to probe the conscience of Yoruba nationalism especially as this affects the national consciousness of the Yorubas in national discourse and events in the coming years. Even at this, the challenges and questions raised by the annulment of June 12, 1993 election still persist, and have coalesced into a very sore spot on the national consciousness.

One could accept, as it were then, the contrived legitimacy of the successive military regimes of Major General Muhammadu Buhari, General Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida and the brief intervention of the Chief Earnest Shonekan administration. But that of General Sani Abacha was not only illegitimate and a tragedy but also an insult on our common sensibilities as a nation. It was illegal in the sense that there was a President – in – waiting whatever arguments one may advance to the contrary. A tragedy in the sense that for six long years, a mad dog held the country and its president hostage in a violent war, and when the opportunity came for the restoration of order and the inauguration of the new government, the so-called interventionist army as led by General Absalami Abubakar became careless with the life of the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. And for reasons that were not in the interest of the nation but self serving, the People’s Democratic Party, PDP became the unenviable beneficiary of General Absalami Abubakar’s abysmal perfidious experiment in illegality and tragedy.

Where was the Northern when General Ibrahim Babangida, a Northerner annulled the freest and fairest election ever held in the history of this country? Where was the North when General Sani Abacha made a bloody attempt, although unsuccessfully, for six consecutive years to truncate a smooth transition to a democratic government?

It was a Yoruba mandate that was sabotaged. It was the Yoruba that lost the cream of its society. But it was the murderer, General Sani Abacha that was celebrated by the North while the winners counted their losses in the West. If the North feels enraged, it should go to Yoruba land to a take clue and a lesson on how to execute a struggle in a democratic and legitimately constituted democratic government. It is like it has been used to a government through the barrel of a gun.

Chief Gani Fahwehinmi, Chief Moshood Abiola and a host of others were highly committed Muslims. Therefore, there is the need to pull this religious mask off the face of the Boko Haram.

As a result of Mr. Goodluck Jonathan’s surreptitious abuse of the zoning formular advocated by PDP as a principle of national cohesion, the core Northern PDP elements are floating a militia group in the name of Boko Haram hiding behind religion having found themselves almost in the same spot where the Westerners were during the June 12 debacle. But it is imperative to note that the Boko Haram insurgency predates the Jonathan administration. It is a terrorist firework assembled consciously from disparate Islamic fundamentalist enclaves by the Northern PDP elements who are averse to a General Mohammadu Buhari presidency to protest Chief Mathew Obasanjo’s bizarre Yar’dua Innovation otherwise perceived as the height of treachery by people like Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, General Ibrahim Babangida and General Gusau. In a discreet move by these people that overburdened and destabilized the security consciousness of the Niger Delta militants, the Boko Haram boat was made to find an anchorage on the Niger Delta militants’ boat that held the entire nation hostage and paralyzed every economic activity in the oil sector during the Yar’dua administration.

It is true that Mr James Ibori used part of the money he fraudulently amassed from the Delta State treasury to sponsor Yar’dua’s Presidential election. But is it equally true that the oil subsidy funds were fraudulently diverted under the watchful eyes of Mr Goodluck Jonathan to execute and sponsor his election? In this trajectory of corruption and terrorism is found the explanation for the situation of Henry Orkah, Mr James Ibori and Mr Simipre Sylva. While Henry Orkah allowed himself to be used by the North as an enslaving bargaining chip against Jonathan, the greed in James Ibori was stroked and fanned into flames by the same North as a way of gaining uncontrolled access to Jonathan’s data during his tenure as the governor of Bayelsa State. If only Mr Goodluck Jonathan had been more proactively congenial and less provocatively dictatorial in his dealings with Mr Timipre Sylva, the situation would have been different. In the short interval Mr Timipre Sylva vacated the office of the governor, some Photostatting machines were busy making copies of documents that could prove the fact that Niger Delta Militants were financed with government funds.

Everywhere in the Southern part of the country, the Boko Haram bombs have been laid. The picture gets clearer when one comes to appreciate the fact that one is dealing with suicide bombers in respect of the kind of crowd found in places like Lagos, Onitsha, Port-Harcourt, Aba, etc or during the normal Sunday services at the respective Christian centers. In an interview with TELL in 1999 (reproduced in TELL, July 23, 2012), Ahmed Abubakar had said that the engine of the Northern political leadership had knocked having worked itself into irrelevance. But it is frustrating to come to appreciate that this knocked engine is still the force that drives the rickety PDP molue in which Nigerians are travelling to their Eldorado. And Babangidarism – the unknown and hidden face of Boko Haram is the sole beneficiary. The entire scenario is about the desperation and greed of the Evil Genius built into the insatiable appetite of PDP for power and blood. This is the true color, size and shape of Babangidarism.

In this regard, can Jonathan toy with the idea of a unity government as a compliment to national reconciliation and integration? Or confronted with some evidence of corruption and terrorism by the members of a National Assembly that have been reduced to a handful of timid church rats by reason of the kind of skeletons that have been found in their respective cupboards, is there any possibility of another luck smiling once more on president Goodluck Jonathan in the event of a threat of an impeachment?

A Sovereign National Conference is therefore an imperative. The National Elders Forum ( For a description of the structure and a pictorial aspect of the constitution of the National Elders Forum, please see the Hubpages blog : A Call For National Elders Forum in Nigeria( http://evurulobi.hubpages.com/hub/PRESS-RELEASEA-CALL-FOR-ELDERS-FORUM-IN-NIGERIA)) are therefore:
1.   To draw up and execute, in collaboration with the Upper and Lower Houses of the National Assembly, the two projects of National Reconciliation and Re-integration.
2.   To review the 1999 Constitution, and on its basis, draw up a new Constitution for the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
3.   To work out a National Ethic and the principles of its application for the Nation.

As a flashback, the visit of the National President of the Christian Association of Nigeria did not send the right signal to the Muslim Community in Nigeria. Boko Haram signifies the syncretic outcome of the invasion and deployment of a retarded Islamic mentality by political bigots in their desperate pursuit for wealth, power and fame. It has not graduated to an international terrorist body like Al-Qaeda and Al-Jeezra even though it has strong links with these and many others. Asking the U.S. Congress to declare it a terrorist organization translates to an invitation of the full military presence of the U.S. in Nigeria and a designation of the country as a terrorist state. CAN’s solicitations to the U.S. Congress are a vote of no confidence derogatorily passed on the President Goodluck Jonathan’s administration – a Christian. By the event of that visit, CAN has conceded a strong point in abysmal defeat to Boko Haram.

On the other hand, for a sect like Boko Haram to spring a surprise of this nature on all of us means that as a nation and as Christians, we have been sleeping for too long. It serves us right, otherwise Lagos, Enugu or Abuja may get up one morning to find itself surrounded by Islamic Jihadists like Fulani herdsmen will surround and slaughter their neighboring communities in Plateau State. A SNC will be able to define the meaning and import of religious freedom. Besides, and on a note that has a special significance to the Catholic Church, the time has come for the Catholic Church in Nigeria to make the Canon Law operative and functional. All these while and owing to the Nigerian factor, the whims and caprices of the Bishops and major Superiors have, to a large extent, tended to impede the proper functioning of this all-important tool of ecclesiastical governance in respect of responsibility and transparency. Except for few, those in Canon Law practice in Nigeria including the so-called Canon Law Society of Nigeria can hardly distinguish between a legal stooge and a canonical expert. This portends great dangers for the Church in the event of the emerging new world order. There is no attempt here to denigrate the exalted office of the Bishops but an alert on the urgent challenges that have been thrown up by a decadent society like ours. The resolve to fight the cabal that is behind the rot in government should be replicated in the Nigerian Church especially with regards to the knighthood. And in reference to the Catholic Church, it is pertinent to point out the occultism that has been built into the knighthood of St Mulumba. (This is not about and cannot in all fairness be said of the Order of the Knights of St John’s International).

Showing Publicly:The Return of King Ebele XVI (a play by Fr. Ken Evurulobi)

The general public is hereby invited to watch the live production/stage performance of a Play titled “The Return of King Ebele XVI” written by Rev. Fr. Kenneth Chinkata Evurulobi, a Catholic Theologian, Founder/President of MarysRose Organization, an N.G.O. and a priest of the Catholic Diocese of Aba, Abia State, Nigeria.
Date, Time and Venue of this event will be announced in the public media.

The Return of King Ebele XVI: Brief Introduction.
The Return of King Ebele XVI is the story of a Palace Jester who, through a triple act of Betrayal, Conspiracy of Silence and Subversion, killed the King of RockSon Kingdom, forcefully took over his Kingdom and married the Queen. Between the next August and the February 14 of the next year, the Queen had a very fatal fall from the rooftop of her Grace Mansion (www.insiderweeklymagazine.com NO 20, July 9, 2012, pp27, 28 and 29) as She and the King were dancing away to the macabre dance that emanated from a radio belonging to an undertaker. He was later made to find out that the King he killed was his own biological father and that the Queen he married was his own biological mother.
Upon the discovery of this incidence of incest and the shame that followed as a result of the Queen’s fall from grace to grass, he took a long rope and hung himself on the floor of the House, thus occasioning his “Return” to where he came from. And because he is “Mr. Nobody”, it was also discovered that he is from “Nowhere”. “Everybody” says “Nobody” has ever seen “Anybody” called King Ebele XVI except witches, wizards, the gods, prison warders, cultists and terrorists. But the person that is known to “Everyone” is “ONEMr. Ebele who is an incurable mad imbecile, a fugitive and a wanderer and who is always known to be quoting “ONE” Mr. Odewale – a character in Ola Rotimi’s play, “The Gods are not to Blame”. His favorite quotation always is:
No, no, no! Let no one blame the gods. For the gods would have failed if I did not let them use me….They knew my weakness- the weakness of a man easily moved to the defense of tribe. I once slew a man in my farm at Ede. I could have spared him but he spat on my tribe – the tribe I thought was my own tribe. And he laughed. Laughing, he called me a bush man from the bust tribe of Ijekun Yemoja, I lost my reason. I now know that that very man was my own father, the King who ruled this land before me. It was in my bid to run away from more horrors that brought me to this land. When the wood-insect gathers sticks, it carries it in its own head. I pray Reuben….”

His deputy, Mr. Sabo(teur) – a wise man from the North also voluntarily resigned- refusing to wear a Crown and take over a Kingdom that was not his own.
It was under the confusion generated by the imbecility of this wanderer and a fugitive who called himself King Ebele XVI that a good Christian from a predominantly Muslim part of the Kingdom ascended the Throne by an act of divine intervention. He fought corruption and terrorism in the land, and instilled great order and discipline in the boys who occupied both Houses and had turned those p[laces into the Assembly of Rich fools and the meeting of nincompoops. He was able to achieve this great feat because he knows all the members of the House personally, and for the fact that they have been Otedola’s guests in one way or the other. Again he secretly rewarded all those who have suffered greatly for the sake of the Kingdom to the point of crucifixion, notably, Tony. Tony was specially compensated, giving a clean break and made to take a well deserved rest in Dubai and London respectfully.

Act 1, Scene 1:

Theme: Life is a tale told by an idiot, filled with (Faroukgate) and fury, signifying, nothing.
- Shakespeare.

FR. CARL KABAT: APPRECIATING THE LIFE OF A SUICIDE BOMBER FOR NIGERIA.

Having to choose to become a priest is not an easy thing, - not even funny. To live the priesthood is quite an experience in sacrifice and in committal service. Every contrary insinuation is quite an imponderable. On this basis, and to celebrate my Fifteenth Priestly Anniversary in a manner that is in tune with my convictions about the priesthood, I have reflected deeply on the pastoral, evangelical and reconciliatory actions of Fr. Carl Kabat and found it to be in tandem with the demands that are upon priests and leaders of the Christian population in Nigeria especially at the face of this unreasonable and unjustifiable massacre of our Christian brothers in the North.

At a time many people are using their lives, talents, resources, connections, influences and religion in one total bet for the destruction or annihilation of nations, vast areas of environments and  multitudes of peoples and are contented being addressed to as terrorists and militants, Fr. Carl Kabat’s  action < http://ncronline.org/news/peace/kansas-city-priest-arrested-after-breaking-nuclear-weapons-facility > deserves total commendation and is as well, worthy of emulation.
General Patrick Owoye Azazi, former N.S.A made real efforts – a suicidal one for that matter – to evolve a fulcrum for action against terrorism and then threw it back to his younger brother, Mr Goodluck Jonathan to act upon. Really there was a Mr. Jonathan but was there actually a leader? Despite the different approaches to the Azazi hiccup, the fact that a General is not given to many words is instructive for those who have wallowed in culpable ignorance for too long. And because it is about politics of the brand played by PDP, this veritable anti-terrorist measure was snatched from Jonathan’s hands and has been turned against Nigerians. Whether or not Azazi opened his mouth so wide in an unprofessional manner is a statement which facticity must be compelled to pass through the scrutiny provided by the evaluated judgment of a London-based risk adviser, Eurasia Group before it can be established as true or false. According to The News Magazine (The News, July 09, 2012, Vol. 39, No. 01, p15), the Eurasia Group had said:
“Jonathan’s inability to respond effectively or articulate a credible strategy reinforces the growing perception of a deep leadership void in Abuja.…..militarization of the region and strict curfews have only had limited effect, and huge (military) spending outlays 2012 offer little hope for a credible boarder strategy.”
Last Sunday, I took out time to stand in front of our beautiful Cathedral, Christ the King Cathedral, Asa Road Aba, Abia State, Nigeria to watch thousands of people troop out of the Church on their way home after the usual Sunday Masses, while others settled down to their weekly meetings – in peace. But do we really possess the kind of peace, security and joy I saw these people display last Sunday? Do we really, when our Christian brethren and fellow countrymen are being massacred in the North, or isn’t it too costly a presumption on our part that we must keep President Goodluck Jonathan in power at such a huge cost despite all warnings even from the Blessed Virgin Mary? Follow me to < http://evurulobi.hubpages.com/hub/NIGERIATHE-INAUGURATION-OF-A-SATANIC-PRESIDENCY >
Many of today’s terrorists are found hiding in places that are said to resent them most, and appear to be very comfortable in the midst of people reckoned as their confessed enemies. The most deadly terrorist is first of all that party, or governor, or legislator, or civil servant, or pastor, or imam, or judge whose conscience died very long ago and never returned to life to the extent that one can close one’s eyes and comfortably, or so one thinks, steal #300b meant for the rebuilding of Benin - Ore Road, defraud old men and women who had labored under sun and rain all their lives to the tune of #4b and yet still intimidate them with incumbency, or decide to look the other way when billions of dollars budgeted for capital projects are being siphoned from the national treasury by one’s fellow party men and would have to go the length of destabilizing the entire machinery of the National Assembly so as to oil the highly discredited wheel of a mischievous political party.  It is in the attempt to defend or hide these illegalities that imbeciles are recruited and armed.
Boko Haram is an extension - a deadly extension of our failure - both as individuals, as groups and as a nation. It is the externalization of the greed- greed for blood, power and wealth by our leaders - both political and religious. This is the real reason why the so-called experience, expertise and loaded connections of Colonel Sambo Dasuki, the newly appointed National Security Adviser, is impotent and already dead on arrival. If it is true that he is well connected, then he is as well linked to terrorists. Surely the picture of a green snake in a green grass does not in anyway capture the essence of a greener pasture. This is rightly so because peace and security are basic ingredients that are necessarily implied in the greener pasture experience.
If Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor’s recourse to the U.S. Congress is not to be regarded as an outing in hypocrisy, propaganda and debauchery then he must take time out to  go to the North to apologize to General Muhammadu Buhari whose mandate had been consistently stolen (2003 and 2007, and also in 2011 where PDP had to depend on Oritsejafor’s CAN to superimpose illegalities), and yet he had had to depend on legitimate means to pursue a cause in social justice, freedom and electoral victory. After this he should now pay a solidarity visit to Pastor Tunde Bakare, and must be humble about this. For, as the Holy Writ said “where there is no visioner, the people perish”. Pastor Tunde Bakare is a visioner on mission but whose visionary inputs are threatened by greed and betrayal from those who should know better. By creed and by conduct, it is appearing that General Buhari is a better Christian - even if an anonymous one (apologies to Karl Rahner) than the President of the Christian Association of Nigeria, Pastor Ayo Oritsejafor.
Terrorists have always lived under a cover – religion, institutions, etc, and have unsuspectingly worked hard to upgrade such institutions by the use of propaganda and blackmail and betrayal to instruments of mass destruction. And as terrorist templates are put in place and working almost always unaided, gullible citizens of different nations and owners of institutions have watched, albeit hopelessly and helplessly, as the vision and mission of the founding fathers of their religion, institutions and nations are hijacked, subverted and ostentatiously replaced with uncanny idioms hiding behind the cover of attractive slogans like democracy, freedom, foreign policy and progress. The ability to buy a cover for their nefarious actions, more than the massive deployment of funds to the purchase of weapons of mass destruction is the reason for the huge success recorded by terrorists in their evil expedition in genocide.
Today, terrorists are putting propaganda and advertisement strategies to a selfish end that lampoons the responsibility and accountability consciousness of religious, institutional, national and individual actors. Infiltrations, pretentious collaboration and leakages are factors which terrorists employ to dispossess others of and hijack ownerships of private establishments, institutions and even national governments. Thus hijacked, they are built into a formidable terrorist enclaves or nuclear tanks. And not to be concerned about this misnomer in human and institutional development is, more than the menace of Boko Haram, the Al-Queada, Taliban, etc, the meaning of a culpable ignorance about an ongoing war in every nook and cranny of the globe. That people are dispossessed of their hard earned wealth and reputation, thrown out of jobs, families and marriages into the streets to be crushed by reckless drivers who have no regard for traffic rules and are finally buried in shallow graves which our highways are presently due to the impact of corruption, surely does say much about the ravaging incidence of an asymmetrical warfare which cannot in all honesty be separated from, but must have to be seen as the more dangerous arm of the Boko Haram insurgency. Americans cannot fight this war for us. The terrorism that is ravaging the Nigerian landscape is the weapon of mass destruction – a nuclear weapon- which People’s Democratic Party, PDP has built in the hearts and minds of all her members and first grade supporters, and PDP does not pretend on the fact that she wants the status quo maintained.
Besides, the soul of a nation is the conscience of her own people. And as such, when that conscience is murdered or compromised at the altars of spurious alliance or allegiance, automatically that nation is dead. Again, I believe that nuclear weapons or instruments of mass destruction are not ferried from across seas and oceans into the abodes and hideouts of terrorists and militants, but that they are instead, first and foremost, a branded product of a dead conscience whose power dissolves the whole man and reduces him to a mere tissue of chronic imbecility.
We are fools and clowns for God and humanity's sake. Over 2,500 American soldiers have died because of nuclear weapons in the past several years in Iraq. I remember Eisenhower who said that every weapon that is made is a theft from the poor. The only condemnation of Vatican II was that nuclear weapons are a crime against humanity and are to be condemned unreservedly. — Carl Kabat, OMI
I wholeheartedly commend FR. CARL KABAT and nominate him for the Noble Peace Prize Award. And in appreciation of his works as a priest, I dedicate this piece to him. What he is doing over there in the U. S. remains an option that is yet to be exploited to its fullest here in Nigeria. In this regard, my heart equally goes out in prayer and appreciation to those anti-terrorist and anti-corruption hardliners with whom I have come to learn some ropes in social justice struggles and freedom fighting: General Muhammadu Buhari, Pastor Tunde Bakare (Glory be to God he opened up on the $50,000 dollar gift, otherwise a Bakaregate would have been in the cooler waiting for its own time), Yinka Odumakin, Joe-Okei Odumakin, Prof. Wole Soyinka, Prof. Pat Utomi, Chief Mike Ahamba, Mr Bayo Onanuga of The News, Tony Momoh, Mr Ayodele Akinkuotu of TELL, Sir Celestine Omehia, Mr Anayochukwu Agbo of TELL, to mention but a few. To my hidden collaborators in the person of Chief Mathew Olusegun Obasanjo, Okey Ndibe, and, singularly, Mr Rudolf Ogoo Okonkwo, I say “courage”. "Peacemaking”, says Fr Carl Kabat, “is not an optional commitment. It is a requirement of faith. We are called to be peacemakers ... by our Lord Jesus."

The truth is that those who, in honesty and out of a perceived sense of responsibility, wholeheartedly subscribed to Jonathan’s presidency have failed woefully, and are being made to relinquish their positions to political clowns. Do we begin to talk about the crisis that is currently rocking APGA, the huge disappointments that are recorded by the constitutional reform agitators, or what?
As global warming continues to eat-up the humus soil that holds the tap-roots of our common humanity in a ferocious manner and as it presumably undertakes to bring the ravaging flames (not rays) of a once-upon-a-time friendly sun closer to us in a way very much unsolicited, strong benefactors and benefactresses for environmental safety, for example, the GreenPeace Initiative, are not saying every leave that grows on a tree trunk or every grass in the field must be coated with thick green oily paints. This is not the way to make our environment green neither is it the proper way to restore what we have taken out of nature. For every tree cut down, we can plant nine more, and then exercise much restraint in activities that has got to do with bush burning and deforestation. But what has one got in terms of restitution for one precious human life cut down in a trajectory output of violence, corruption and terrorism?
Though exceptionally generous and unique its own way, nature also does make a lot of inescapable demands upon each and everyone of us. These demands are exhaustively captured and summarily concretized in terms of responsibility and accountability. Responsibility and accountability are a condition for the harmonization of the multifarious networks of actions, interactions, relationships, events and the intractable episodes of reciprocity that are found in nature. Whether our involvements in and with nature are governed by a belief in God, or a curiosity of some sort (for example, the Big Barn Theory), or by some attitudes of evolution, our record books in responsibility and accountability must, of necessity, have a column reserved for the value that is placed upon human life, and the virtues of truth, justice and freedom. To that extent these items of extreme value and virtues find reflection in our individual and collective lives respectfully, to that extent we are human beings, otherwise people must be made to understand that beasts and vultures do also wear clothes and are found to occupy beautiful mansions in Government Reserved Areas (G.R.A).

One can, to an extent grasp the contents of global morality but that of a global conscience seems quite a ruse, or one that evaporates when confronted sternly by the foreign policy of many independent nations and institutions whose roots are well grounded in political realism of the extreme type with all its inherent factors of terrorism, violence, corruption and general moral relativism except if there is a unifying and a binding factor to it. This is the reason why it has to be noted that only Nigerians, not the U.S, hold the key to their own growth and development.
What then could be the unifying and binding factor of a global conscience? This is exactly what is captured in the Global Ethic Project. The idea of a global ethic is becoming more compelling and quite inescapable, but this would require the collaborative efforts of the United Nations to sell through. However, that of a National Ethic is a silent but obtrusive revolutionary power at our fingertips. This is the significance of the SACRED DEED (Visit <http://revfrkennethevurulobi.blogspot.com/2012/06/professor-hans-kuhn-and-global-ethic.html >).

Between mortals and the gods.

The concern raised by Joseph Evah, coordinator of Ijaw National Congress (TELL July 9, 2012 pp20-21) and the fears entertained in the current edition of The News Magazine (The NEWS July 9, 2012) are well founded and aptly capture the state of affairs with regards to Jonathan’s presidency presently. But, bad advice aside, consistent disobedience to God and manifest total subscription to the twin evils of corruption and terrorism of the PDP brand are the reasons why President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan may have been a king rejected by God like King Saul. If only Goodluck Jonathan had not emerged President of Nigeria under the PDP umbrella, things surely would have been different and the General Azaazi’s  case would not have been this complicated.

At the eve of  the 2011 General Election, I had strongly kicked against the PDP plan to destabilize the Niger Delta, the South East and the entire Christian Community in Nigeria using the person of Mr Goodluck Jonathan. It is regrettable that the desperation of the Niger Deltans to grab by violence and militancy that which was already theirs just by mere asking (and which may not have included the option of the presidency), the greed of some Christian leaders and the lack of a strong political will on the part of the Igbos, not only the ambition of Mr Goodluck Jonathan to become the President of Nigeria, were all united in the perfidious act of the enthronement of Babangidarism.

In protest and in an effort to curb the deplorable outcomes of this ethnic, religious and political outing in prodigality and perfidy, the Satanic Code of the PDP was destroyed on the instruction of and by the powerful intercession and intervention of Our Lady, the Blessed Virgin Mary, Queen and Patroness of Nigeria. And she emphasized the urgent need for a National Ethic as an antidote to corruption and terrorism in Nigeria. A global application, especially in reference to the Holy See and the United Nations, would be a Global Ethic.

My commitment to this assignment was perceived at some quarters as an act of betrayal against an Igbo/Christian agenda and the despoliation of a sacred project ordained by the gods and overseen by a joint covenanted action of our traditional and Christian ancestors. My elder brother Mr. Charles Chinyere Enyereibenyem Evurulobi was consumed in the inferno and the ugly manipulations that followed as reactions to this my sincere engagement in prayer, tolerance, nationalism and struggles for freedom in obedience to God’swill for our dear country and the people of God in Nigeria - Christians, Muslims and traditionalists. Yet Our Lady insisted that the assignment must be concluded.

The SACRED DEED < http://evurulobi.hubpages.com/hub/Sacred-Deed-In-Loving-Memory-of-Late-Mr-Charles-Chinyere-Enyeribenyem-Evurulobi> and     < http://evurulobi.hubpages.com/hub/SACRED-DEED-I-I-In-Loving-Memory-of-Late-Mr-Charles-Chinyere-Enyereibenyem-Evurulob > , not Sambo Dasuki, is a manifest practical divine response to corruption and terrorism in Nigeria. It is unfortunate that Mr. Goodluck Jonathan has found himself at the center of this controversy in global Satanism and Islamic fundamentalism. But if the Igbos, the Niger Deltans, and indeed the Christian Community in Nigeria love him, and he (Jonathan) loves PDP more than all of us, then I have to join other Nigerians, one year after, to say: “Goodluck to Jonathan and to my beloved country, Nigeria.”  As far as God is concerned, Our Lady says that She herself has been asked by God to tell all Nigerians, both Christians and Muslims alike ,that there is no going back on the provisions of the SACRED DEED. Those who are adversely affected should, as a matter of urgency, subscribe to the AMNESTY OF THE SACRED DEED.

It is equally imperative to let Nigerians become aware that, just like during the 2011 Presidential Election, they are free – absolutely free to choose between President Goodluck Jonathan/PDP and the Burundisation/Somalization of Nigeria. For what is written is written.

SAMBO DASUKI: THE MAKING OF ANOTHER NSA OR THE TRIUMPHAL RETURN OF BABANGIDARISM?

Tuesday last week, precisely June 26, 2012, Sambo Dasuki, a retired Colonel of the Nigerian Army and a former ADC to General Ibrahim Babangida, former head of State sat on the security desk as the new National Security Adviser (NSA) to President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan.

The events and circumstances that informed the appointment of Colonel Sambo Dasuki (rtd) as the new NSA must have, I strongly believe, passed through stringent security reviews and tested negative to the dreaded virus of mediocrity with which all our security agencies are infected.

As an organization that is committed to global peace and security, and going by the spate of violence and terrorism that have continued to wreck havoc on the lives and property of many Nigerians, and in reference to our numerous publications both in the Sahara Reporters, the Hubpages and the MarysRose Organization Websites/Blogs respectivelyespecially<http://revfrkennethevurulobi.blogspot.com/2012/06/celebrating-holy-see-through-abuse.html >, we at the MarysRose Organization decry and denounce in strong terms, the return of Babangidarism to the center stage of political, economic and religious activities in our dear country, Nigeria.

While corruption and terrorism, like the two fingers of a leprous hand, are the most powerful weapons employed by Babangidarism to destabilize Nigeria as a nation so as to restructure and reposition it for an adoption as a member-family of the global village, Babangidarism forms the heart and soul of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

We at the MarysRose Organization do strongly assert that the sacking of General Azaazi and his replacement with Colonel Sambo Dasuki as the National Security Adviser signifies PDP's shameful determination to hide the true nature and real specie of the decay, corruption and terrorism that have been at work in the Nigerian State and that it is a demonstration of PDP’s unrepentant resolve to continue to exploit the options of corruption and terrorism for political gains at whatever cost to Nigerians and as the solution to the financial, electoral and political needs of the party at the expense of the national treasury, peace and security.

Is it not likely that General Azaazi was relieved of the NSA portfolio not only because he spoke truth to the terror monster which PDP is but also that his removal is very instructive in respect of the forthcoming gubernatorial election in Edo State. Not a few Nigerians are convinced that General Azaazi’s comment, which have been dubiously misinterpreted and amplified to mean “some security imponderables” by the hawks, was in all sincerity was meant to provide a fulcrum of action for Jonathan’s stigmatized PDP fingers in the fight against corruption and terrorism. It is quite unfortunate that those PDP hawks moved fast – faster enough- to turn the tables against General Azaazi, and he has been made the scape-goat of Mr. Goodluck Jonathan’s inaction. More unfortunate is the fact that President Goodluck Jonathan has watched helplessly as the goodwill and destinies of over a hundred and fifty million Nigerians are snatched from his rambling fingers and turned upside down by a Satanist, terrorist and corrupt cabal disguised as a political party. Our love and support follow General Azaazi home and equally assert that he is the hero of the fight against terrorism. No truly dedicated and patriotic Nigerian can hope to get anything better after serving the PDP government that is engaged in a macabre dance.

For President Goodluck Jonathan to sack General Azaazi from the security post is an indication that he does not hope to win the war against terrorism, and by extension, against corruption standing on the grounds of honesty and responsible leadership, and that the flouting of the PDP zoning formula is taking dreary toll on him with grave security implications for our nation and for our Christian/Islamic/Traditionalist faith. Therefore, beyond Boko Haram, Lawangate and the NNPC sleaze, the ultimate challenge for security, transparency and accountability lies in our collective resolve to address the PDP question – Babangidarism. The SAVE NIGERIA GROUP option remains the best <      http://marysroseorg.hubpages.com/hub/UPGRADING-THE-SAVE-NIGERIA-MASS-PROTEST-OPTION      >.

We therefore insist on a National Ethic         <
http://revfrkennethevurulobi.blogspot.com/2012/06/professor-hans-kuhn-and-global-ethic.html > developed and adopted in a framework of a National Sovereign Conference (NSC) as the only way forward for Nigeria.

It is highly deplorable that the lack of a strong political will on the part of the South Easterners and the greed of some Christian leaders were recruited and made to forge a common front in the perfidious act of enthronement of Babangidarism which, as of that time, presented itself in the guise of a benefactor giving the Asaba connection. And it escaped the attention of the so-called leaders of the South East and the Christians, or so it seems, to demand and vet the credentials of this unusual benefactor at the dawn of the new democratic era in 1999 but that this omission was repeated in 2007 election removes every doubt against any insinuation of treachery by the then Igbo political leaders of the PDP extraction. Today the South Easterners and the Christians have been caged, and those in the North have been asked to go home, courtesy of the Boko Haram insurgency. And by the time they return back to the North, they will meet a new North where they will be required to confirm their identity and re-align themselves. Back here, we have now been placed under house arrest not only by the strong military presence in the South Eastern States but also by the numerous bombs that have been planted at some strategic places in the South East.

Now with the gruesome murder of the ANPP chieftain in Rivers State, some South South people who are sympathetic to the Igbo cause will be compelled to look the other way as major Igbo establishments in the South South especially those in Rivers State are destabilized, grounded and handed over to designated militants as compensations even as Mr. Goodluck Jonathan is blackmailed, or rather “guided” to grow and graduate in the act of treachery, betrayal and perfidy against the South South. Gov. Adams Oshomole’s case, for instance, is pathetic. He will be declared winner, but the Edo State Electoral Tribunal will be used to upturn or annul his victory, not at the Tribunal or the Appeal Court, but at the Supreme Court, thus making it a law. As an insider, Prince Kazeem Afegbua is to provide the nails and the hammer with which to nail Oshomole’s political coffin.

The story is not different in the South West. It is a project of secret Islamization of the structures of governance and leadership under the veil of regional integration. Strong destabilization of the Christian structures in and around Lagos is underway so as to give room for the re-making of Lagos. A new Lagos is a product that is stringently wrestled out of the hands of Christianity by Bola Tinubu.
